I met Alisa Morrison with Allison James Estates and homes at an open home she was showing. After speaking to her only for 10-15 minutes I knew she was the one I needed to represent not only the sell of our two homes yet to also represent me on the purchase of a new one. Executing just one sell or purchase is stressful enough yet multiply this times 3. Well Alisa did exactly that. 3 completely ...
separate buy/sell transactions at the same time. I could barely keep up on what paperwork was coming at me, what home it was for, what was I suppose to do with it but she would brief me before I received the paperwork and any questions I had through it immediately. There were multiple open houses, inspections, contract negotiations and so on. I would have never made it without her.
