Allen from the beginning was upfront and imformational. He let me know that I was his priority and he will be with me ever step of the way "and he was". I enjoyed his sense of humor as well, we had lots of laughs, he made the process very smooth.
Anytime I had a question I reached out to him and he responded. My original closing date was November 28th but I spoke with Allen and expres ... sed that I wanted to close before Thanksgiving. He was able to pass that information on to the builders and I closed on 11/22/23.
