I would definitely recommend Anita ,she takes buying and selling like it's her personal project.
Many times I wanted to call it quits because coops can be challenging to sell and purchase but she kept me calm and steady to the end.She found exactly what my daughter and I needed to our hearts comfort.We needed that change of environment and also within our budget.
She also ... has recommendations like brokers ,lawyers who makes networking easier.Always had information ready at open houses for anyone viewing and needed to follow up.
She is very patient ,compassionate and reliable.She also enjoys her job as a relator which makes working with her in this industry enjoyable and exciting. Anita is not only a broker for life but has become a friend for life also.

Anita Raj is a broker that takes on every project like it was her own personal purchase.She is very patient, well knowledge and compassionate.I wanted to give up selling/purchasing but she kept me very calm . Never a stupid question,always available and return texts and calls.
