After the first meeting with Annette I was convinced that this would be the perfect partnership in my endeavor to purchase a retirement home.

In my more than 26 years of military service requiring numerous moves from country to country, state to state, and three previous moves just in Maryland, I have not found a more consummate professional than Annette Matthews. I would have long given up during this 7-month endeavor had it not been for her tenacity and confidence on display at every encounter. I never questioned her integrity, agenda, nor morals and had full assurance that outside of her family I was her first priority.
