I’m Arshia Kia, an immigrant born in 1981 in Tehran, Iran. I graduated from George Mason University with a degree in electrical engineering and spent five years working for the US Federal Government. I an entrepreneur and entertainer, particularly in the Persian community, where I organize some of the most anticipated Persian New Year events each spring, bringing thousands of people together to celebrate.

I’m passionate about connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals, whether that’s through organizing events or guiding them in real estate. My background as an engineer and my experience in both federal work and event planning give me a unique perspective when it comes to real estate.
