Hi! My name is Belinda Forrest, and I am the Broker and owner of EXIT Empowerment Realty in South Carolina. With more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping many individuals and families navigate some of the most important financial and personal decisions of their lives.

My path into real estate is rooted in service. As a military veteran and minority business owner, I bring a deep sense of commitment, resilience, and integrity to everything I do. Those experiences have shaped my approach to real estate—one that prioritizes honesty, education, and genuine care for the people I serve.

Over the years, I have learned that real estate is about much more than transactions. It’s about listening, understanding each client’s unique goals, and guiding them with confidence and clarity through every step of the process. I founded EXIT Empowerment Realty 3 years ago with a vision of building a company centered on relationships, community, and empowerment. My passion is helping people see the possibilities that homeownership and real estate can create—not just for today, but for generations to come.
