Carol had to deal with a very awkward tenet in a very messy situation. The tenant owed me money and needed to be evicted. Carol recommended a lawyer to me to help with the legal aspects of the problem. I was 2 1/2 hours away but I only had to make 2 trips to Eugene to complete the sale. Carol also arranged for a mobile notary public to come to my house in Sandy and this avoided another trip.
