Carolyn Barnes is a seasoned real estate and insurance professional with over 26 years of combined experience. After purchasing her first home at 24, she began her career as a mortgage broker, eventually owning her own company before transitioning into real estate. Licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, Carolyn is also a licensed insurance broker, offering auto, home, life, and commercial insurance solutions to her clients.

Her deep understanding of both real estate and finance allows her to serve buyers and sellers at a higher level. She’s been recognized as a Top Producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors for four consecutive years and featured in *Chicago Agent Magazine's* Who's Who Edition. Carolyn holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE).

Carolyn leads *The Key Team*, where she mentors new agents and shares her knowledge to help them succeed. She specializes in residential sales throughout Chicago, the southern suburbs and Northwest Indiana.

Outside of her business, Carolyn enjoys family time and proudly supports her son, Bryce, who now lives in Atlanta and works in the sports marketing industry.
