Carolyn has been a licensed Realtor® since 2017, after working in the technology industry for 23 years.  Originally from Huntington, New York, and transplanted to Ventura, California in 1980, her Sacramento story began in 1990.  Carolyn moved from the Central Coast to attend CSU, Sacramento, specifically for a technology degree.  Carolyn studied Management Information Systems and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics.  Carolyn chose CSU Sacramento over other California schools because of the location.  Sacramento is the fifth largest city in California, yet it is still very rural and environmentally friendly.  In fact, it is labeled the ‘city of trees’ and an ‘urban oasis’ with local farming providing many ‘farm to fork’ restaurants.  The location is perfectly balanced between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe with Napa in between.

Carolyn and her husband chose to purchase their home in Fair Oaks because of the small town’s feeling the local village and surrounding area provides.  Fair Oaks was founded in 1895, and some of the original homes and business buildings are still standing.  The neighborhoods are quaint, friendly, and welcoming, and the Fair Oaks Village has many annual community events.  Fair Oaks is truly a special place to live.
