I was born in Santa Monica, California, where I studied and got my
California Real Estate license in 1992.

The reason I was attracted to this is because I was buying and flipping
homes as a working single parent. It always felt, at that time, that I
was the one doing the “heavy lifting”. I had done well on my
endeavors, so after retiring from my former job, decided to change
careers.

My family and I moved to the CA Wine Country area where I practiced
Real Estate for 16 years. My specialty was in “country properties”. I
found it more challenging than “in town” residential, because it has
so many different aspects, such as well, septic, zoning- PLUS good
exercise! Don’t get me wrong, I love my residential homes, too!

Kept going North and always on or near the coast, I bought a house in
2004 and moved to Newport, Oregon as a permanent resident in October,
2006! Main objective to be with my first born Grand-daughter and
family! There was no reciprocity in Oregon, so I obtained my Oregon
Brokers License, April, 2007.

I have been working on the Oregon Coast for 18 years now! Still
licensed in both California and Oregon. LOVE IT! No sales tax, I don’t
pump my own gas, it is almost always GREEN all year, car registration
is manageable , traffic is less, noise level good and the people are
nice!
