Charles began his career as a Realtor in 2013. He gained a wealth of knowledge and achieved success rapidly in the Calgary real estate market. Charles’ passion for real estate started at a young age when his parents began purchasing investment properties. Living and growing up in the northwest part of Calgary, Charles has gained extensive knowledge of that area of the city. He had earned over nine years of valuable experience in customer service before finding his true passion in real estate. This experience drives Charles to provide all of his clients with exceptional service. Originally from northeast China, Charles is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. His ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin makes him an asset to the growing population of Calgary. 

Charles has focused and gained extensive knowledge of many facets of the Calgary real estate market including high rise condominiums, investment properties, new home builds and luxury homes. Owning and managing his own rental portfolio has given him a passion for investment sales and working with investors. Charles’ dedication to consistently deliver the top service to his clients is an important reason why the Home Sweet Home Team has received numerous awards and has been named a Top Producing Real Estate Team at Century 21 Bamber Realty from 2012 until present.
