Courtney Murphy, who has real estate running through her veins from the very beginning.  Her parents, Dave and Carol Bragan, enjoyed a thriving Realtor career in Manteca, CA for more than four decades and since 2001 has been helping buyers and sellers in the central valley of CA and in June of 2021, Courtney and her family embarked on a significant journey, relocating to Star, ID. Now, she has transitioned into the role of a full-time licensed Realtor for the state of Idaho, specializing in the entire Treasure Valley area. When not immersed in the world of real estate, Courtney's heart lies in spending quality time with her family, embarking on camping adventures, enjoying leisurely bike rides, and relishing visits to the dog park with her beloved Aussie.
