We had known and worked with Dan in the past, it was truly a no brainer to decide to work with him again. He is the ultimate professional and seamlessly navigated us through all obstacles along the way. He is an All Star agent, plain and simple top tier.
There was never a situation where he did not know the answer to and often was proactive about what we could do to resolve it. He ... always had time for a call and was willing to talk through any situation.
Dan was also very knowledgeable of the area we were looking to buy in and offered comps and recent pricing on top of the stellar service. He even went out of his way on multiple occasions to help ensure our buy/sell went smoothly.
