Darryl Van Eerde was an excellent realtor for our first home purchase! Darryl was easy to work with, relaxed, and incredibly knowledgeable. We appreciated that Darryl listened to our wants and needs in a home, but was also great at showing us homes that were a bit unexpected. We ended up buying one of the unexpected homes and are so pleased with our purchase!

Darryl was absolutely incredible to work with during the entire process. He saw dozens of houses with us, providing helpful insights into whether it was the house for us. He had no issue telling us that he had concerns about a certain house. There was never pressure to pu ... rchase quickly, he patiently waited for us to find the right house.
