A "hometown hero" of sorts, Dean Rolle Jr. has resided in the Hampton Roads area since moving here with his parents at 5 years old.  Both a Deep Creek High School and Old Dominion University graduate, he has spent countless hours helping to make his community a better place.  Prior to real estate, Dean has served as a victim-witness advocate with the Norfolk Commonwealth Attorney, a juvenile probation officer with the Department of Juvenile Justice, and has taught classes to inmates as a re-entry case manager with the Virginia Office of the Attorney General.  Currently, Dean serves his community as the award-winning REALTOR®/Team Lead of The Rolle Estate Group, providing second-to-none services and resources to his clients.
