Deanna was great to work with from day 1. We had a couple of hiccups due to the buyer having issues with getting a loan approval, and she worked with the buyers realtor to help solve the problem, and as importantly to me she kept me informed and calm during the process. Highly recommend Deanna Frasier!

I have been dealing with deanna Frasier for many years, and with properties both personal and business related. I have always found Deanna to be a superior quality agent. I have come to trust Deanna and her expertise exclusively on all real estate matters.
Deanna did a great job of preparing and coordinating the sales advertising and photos. She went to a lot of work coordinating thes ... e aspects and the property sold so quickly they were not needed, but she set up what would have been a great sales campaign as she always does. Her interaction with people and in this case neighboring property owners, was a key in getting the property sold so fast!
I am a little biased from previous experience, but I just don't think you can do better than Deanna, at least in my opinion. She has been consistently excellent over the years. She is very knowledgeable and at the same time she is quick to find answers to questions that she has on my behalf. She is always going the extra mile for me. Deanna works just as hard on my land sales as she does on house sales and I know that the payoff monetarily is far less to her. I have known and worked with Deanna from before the time she was with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. I just see an excellent agent who now has more tools and resources at her disposal to serve her clients, which makes for a win-win situation for all of us. Finally, Deanna's loyalty is beyond question. I consider it a privilege to reciprocate that loyalty.
