Debbie was born and raised in St. Petersburg Florida. Debbie holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in accounting. In addition, she is a graduate of the Kenan Flagler School of Wachovia Executive Leadership at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also attended the French Culinary Institute while living in New York City. Currently, Debbie is a member of the marketing & communications committee at Ballantyne Country Club and a Board President of Myers Park City Homes Home Owner Association.

Debbie lived in Charlotte (2000 - 2006) and loved it so much, she moved back! Debbie has lived in several cities in addition to Charlotte including; St. Petersburg, Orlando, and Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Pittsburgh. Most recently Manhattan and Blowing Rock, however, she and her husband, James consider Charlotte their home. Debbie and James have one son and a daughter-in-law who relocated to the Charlotte area.

Debbie spent 18-plus years in financial services marketing roles. Her experience focused on client satisfaction, branding, customer communications, marketing operations, and integrated marketing. This experience along with her skills as a detailed project manager with a passion for people is why she enjoys helping her clients.
