A wonderful person to work with, Liz Collins is the ultimate professional. My wife and I have bought and sold several homes over the years, and we can honestly say that we have never, ever known an agent who worked so diligently and tirelessly as Liz did to bring our sale to completion.
We live in NJ, so Liz simply put the entire sale on her shoulders to not only use all her knowledge ... , experience, and connections to get our LW co-op primed and ready for sale, but within 3 days of going on the market she brought us a fantastic offer that we could only have dreamed of getting.
Liz goes well beyond anything that we have ever gotten from other agents... I’ve already told Liz that she deserves her own show on tv, demonstrating how to put your client’s needs first and putting their minds at ease by overcoming every obstacle with a most positive attitude.
