I was trying to sell my deceased father's house and my lawyer recommended Gale. This was a long-distance sale so I talked with Gale by phone before meeting her.
Right from the start, Gale was a friendly, comfortable voice during a difficult time. Touring the house, we were happy to see that she was genuinely excited about the prospects for the house. We followed her suggestions to get ... the house ready and priced it for a quick sale, as she recommended.
We almost immediately had offers from buyers. Gale sifted through them for us and gave us recommendations for each. Based on these, we chose one that was above asking price and suited our needs.
