Gloria Testa is the only realtor we will ever use again in the future if needed. Gloria's communication, expertise, and ability to empathize to advocate for her buyers is top-notch and we would not have been able to make it through selling our home without her.
We had particular needs in the approach to sell our home, and Gloria immediately had a plan to market and sell our home in a ... way that found us the right buyer for our property. Gloria diligently worked through our estimate & listing to list the home at the right price, and in such a beautifully written & presented listing. We kept copies of the marketing materials so we can show our daughter how proud we were of our first home and how beautiful it looked.
We had difficult buyers, who were not from the area and did not understand what buying a home in northern NJ was like. Without the support of Gloria, and her ability of keeping things organized, professional, and prompt, we would not have made it through the process. Most importantly, Gloria help set our expectations realistic, and mental health positive throughout.
