After earning praise as a capable agent early in her career, she opened a boutique firm, growing it to produce over $200 million annually before selling it. She is the founder of the Garcia Real Estate Group, a team of highly- skilled individuals, moving over 200 families a year with volume totaling over $100 million annually.

As  a  Master Certified  Life  and Executive  Business  Coach  since  2012,  she  helps  her  team,  her  business partners, and her clients navigate complex situations. She leads based on her personal philosophy to always view change as opportunity and to remain fearless.  

In her personal time, Garcia enjoys staying active in the community serving on multiple non-profit boards that are near to her heart, tending to her yoga practice, and spending as much time in nature as possible. She also thrives on prioritizing time with family, her two dogs, and friends.
