Hamidah took me on as a client during a very odd time in the housing market. It took me months to find a house that I wanted, and a lot of that time, I wasn't even living in the state. Hamidah was always friendly and went above and beyond to help me. She was literally the best part about the house buying process and would 100% recommend her over and over again.

Hamidah was easy going and approachable from the first time we spoke. I was not sure what I was doing but took a chance and went with it. ut Hamidah could see through that. Looking back, she pointed out right away when we were viewing the home I eventually purchase that she could tell I loved it. Her ability to recognize that I was settling even when I didn't helped a great deal. I could have ended up with a home that did not have the features I wanted or cost more than I planned to spend, but having her at my side helped so much.
Anyone can walk you through a home or open up the doors so you can take a look. They can make recommendations about home inspectors or real estate lawyers. But it takes someone special to help really walk with you through the process and actually care that you end up happy in your new home. Hamidah made sure I was not getting in her my head. She helped smooth out the process so it was manageable. She made sure I was not doing this on my own. Through it all, I always knew she cared.

I was looking to better my life in a better place for my family, but didn't know what's actually available out there and what's vacant and not vacant, I recommend working with Hamidah. She can verify the needful and help set up walkthroughs and meetings to see the homes within a few hours when she can.
