From the first phone call and the first in-person meeting, Jon was top-notch at dependable communications, listening, timeliness, attention to detail, tact, professionalism, care and good advice.
We interviewed other brokers with outstanding credentials and experience. I had periodic experience in several fields including real estate development, zoning, architecture, engineering and ... finance. Jon was unknown to us but he was our pick, and we repeatedly congratulated ourselves on what a wise decision that was.
We were moving to Seattle from out of town, had several housing features on our wish list, had to respond quickly, had to involve other family matters and had limited experience with robust housing prices. Jon helped us every step of the way over a five- month buying process.
