Jamie was excellent to work with...we felt comfortable with her at first meeting. She truly listened to OUR desires and expectations. She ran extra errands for us and I'm sure she was excellent in communication with buyers realtor as well. She was always available when we called. She's knowledgeable and top notch! Thank you Jamie!

Jamie provided outstanding customer service and attention from our first meeting until the final closing. She was always responsive and worked hard to secure appointments for me to view homes when I was only in the area 1-2 and each week. She listened to our comments and continued to work to find a home that fit our needs.

I genuinely cannot recommend Jamie Danreiter more highly. She is FANTASTIC, a breath of fresh air in an otherwise exhausting and frustrating process. Jamie truly and genuinely cares, and that mattered more than anything else. saction for Jamie. This was more like if I just overnight got a new best friend who happened to be an expert in everything I needed finding and renting a townhome, and she would go out of her way to do absolutely anything to make this as easy and clear and helpful a process as possible for me. I was late to the game and had a constant barrage of questions, but Jamie was always available and never annoyed. She listened carefully and understood my fears and concerns and shared them with me so it was clear she was on my side to help find solutions. Multiple times during the process, she went FAR above and beyond the call of duty. Again, this is not what customer service does. This was about helping someone she truly cared about and wanted to be happy and excited about their new home. I have only one complaint: Jamie is so awesome that it has genuinely spoiled other customer service for me, because everyone else is disappointing now. Now that I know what it can mean to truly care about and help someone, to show them you actually care and are committed to finding a solution together, it's so disappointing every time I come across someone else who doesn't do that - which is mostly everyone. And honestly, I'm a little sad we don't get to have our little chats and check ins now that I'm settled in and moved. I felt like I made a friend in this process, and as nasty and awful as it is to move, I could never have imagined saying something like that. That last bit of review sounds forced and over the top and I assure you, I really mean it. I recommend Jamie to absolutely everyone. You should be so lucky. She will get you taken care of, and if she doesn't have an answer - even if it's a question that's not her job to answer for you - she will do everything in her power and prioritize it until she can find you an answer anyway. On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, Jamie is a 100. Let her make your move earlier, and tell your friends. Thank you, Jamie.

in such a tough buyers market- I thought Jamie did a great job with the negotiation of the home I am purchasing. For instance- I had provided back pocket info to Jamie on how much additional cash I would be willing to go up in the event that the home did not appraise, the max length of time I would be willing to close on (I wanted ASAP but was willing to go up to 90 to accommodate sellers). did such a great job at negotiating- the appraisal gap that was negotiated came in much lower than my max & she negotiated close to be 30 days.
No opportunities on things Jamie could have done differently- I appreciate the time she took to get to know me & is absolutely someone I would use again should I sell/buy in the future. I would also recommend her to family & friends. I found Jamie through a local Facebook page where I asked the community for referrals- I was so impressed w/ the # of people that said Jamie). I will also note- I interviewed several realtors & found Jamie to be the most personable & knowledgeable.
Overall Jamie made my experience great. I feel that she excelled at communication, availability, active listening, knowledge of the area (St. Charles, Batavia, Geneva, N. Aurora, Oswego, Montgomery). Jamie had quick follow ups via phone call/text/ emails & made herself available to me early mornings to late evenings. Jamie quickly grasped what I was looking for in a house & did a great job at reaching out right away if there was a house that just posted to ensure I could get a same day showing if I wanted. Overall knowledge of the area was great- Jamie quickly picked up on neighborhoods I liked and was active on sharing homes in cities near areas I was looking at that has the same characteristics I liked.
