Jason Abougoush

I am proud to be a born and raised Kelowna resident, with deep roots in the community. My family has been doing business in Kelowna for over 50 years, and that legacy of relationships, trust, and local knowledge continues to shape how I approach real estate. Over the years, I’ve worked hard to build a strong reputation in a small city—something that is difficult to earn, easy to lose, and never taken for granted.

Entrepreneurship has always been a driving force in my career. After completing my Finance degree at Okanagan College, I went on to oversee a four-location auto body company with over 100 employees. I later earned my MBA from the University of Calgary, specializing in entrepreneurship, real estate development, and investment.

Today, I am an active real estate investor in the Okanagan, with hands-on experience building homes and acquiring and managing my own real estate portfolio, as well as participating in private lending opportunities. This allows me to approach each transaction with the mindset of an investor—focused on long-term value, risk, and opportunity.

Since becoming licensed, I have successfully sold over $250 million in real estate, including residential, commercial, waterfront properties, and businesses. I have achieved top 1% performance nationally in Canada, earned numerous industry awards, and finished as the #1 agent at my brokerage. While I’m proud of these accomplishments, I believe the best measure of my work is reflected in the experiences of my clients.
