We always felt so much better after speaking with Jennifer. She helped explain things that had us worried, which really helped us to not stress out 24/7.
She advised us on negotiating the perfect price to keep from getting a counteroffer, but left room in ... case a counter offer happened. She nailed it on the price and was instrumental in getting the price reduced an additional $10,000 further after inspection.
Jennifer noticed things in the house that we might've overlooked and made sure it was the right home for us. She stayed on top of everything and kept us in the loop every step of the way.
