As first time homebuyers, Jeremy Hickey is someone that made the process of buying a home enjoyable and fulfilling. We had initially heard about Jeremy through a relative who worked with Jeremy to purchase a home in 2022. They could not have given a better review and Jeremy did not disappoint. reature comforts we were looking for in our home. As an example, in every home we visited Jeremy pointed out how he could visualize what we would want in each room of a given house whether it be the living room where we'd set up a big comfy sectional, a dining room for dinner with family and friends or more specifically a music room to play our variety of instruments.
Jeremy displays the utmost professionalism and was consistently on time for all of our meetings and viewings. Jeremy helped us search for new homes to check out and spent time reviewing new postings in order to help us find what we were looking for. Jeremy was always available to answer questions and would use his background in construction to provide insightful opinions on each home.
Overall, our experiences with Jeremy have been tremendously positive and crucial to us developing a better understanding of what goes into a quality home and more to the point, a quality home that would work for us. We could not recommend Jeremy enough to anyone who wants the type of person that will go above and beyond your expectations from the initial meeting to viewing houses to purchasing a home.

Would not want to work with anyone else if/ when we buy/ sell again, other than Jeremy Hickey!
Jeremy actually excelled in getting us a great deal on our house and we couldn't be more happy about it (Seeing ... we are very picky people)!
We will always sing Jeremy Hickey's praises to anyone that is interested in starting the search for their first/new home! And it can be very intimidating at times. However with Jeremy on your side, the outcome will be a positive experience for sure!

My partner and I feel very lucky to have found Jeremy - he has impressive knowledge of the greater Edmonton area, how condos are run, and the technical factors that can affect long-term home maintenance.
He really went above and beyond to learn and adapt to what we wanted, even as our ideas changed over time.

We're first time home buyers and worked with Jeremy for about one year. We met him by chance when scheduling a our first house viewing. Immediately Jeremy was eager to assist us in any way possible, encouraging us to view as many homes as possible.
Throughout the year we worked with Jeremy he listened attentively and always offered positive advice. Jeremy had previous construction exp ... erience which showed anytime we viewed a house. His attention to small details was impressive.
Jeremy was beyond patient with us and fully committed to helping us find our forever home. Unfortunately he was out of the country during our home inspection, but he didn't hesitate to meet with us via facetime to go over the full report. This speaks volumes to his commitment to his clients.
We're excited that we found a home that will carry us for many, many years. Without Jeremy's help and hard work I don't think we would've been as fortunate to find such an incredible home.

Jeremy went above and beyond for us and made a very stressful situation less stressful for us. His knowledge and overall commitment to the process was very appreciated. Jeremy's communication was top notch!
