My commitment to excellence has been recognized globally, as I was ranked as the #1 CENTURY 21 Agent in the World in both 2003 and 2005 and has been consistently in the Top 10 in the nation and is #2 with the same success anticipated for 2026. Continuing this tradition of success, I recently achieved the #10 rank in the World and #6 in the Nation for 2023. In 1997, we founded CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates, which has become a market leader, consistently delivering exceptional results for our clients. Our office has earned the prestigious distinction of being named the #1 CENTURY 21 Office in the U.S. in 2010, as well as the #1 CENTURY 21 Office in the World in 2007 and 2009. Specializing in the Luxury Home and Waterfront markets surrounding Coeur d'Alene Lake, Hayden, and the Spokane River, I operate in both Idaho and Washington. I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations, reflecting my expertise and commitment to professional development. My journey in real estate began at Washington State University, where I attended on a Golf Scholarship, earning a degree in Marketing in 1976. I have been very active in the community as well as the past President of both the Coeur d’Alene Association of REALTORS and the Coeur d’Alene Rotary. My passion for real estate is evident in my approach to client service.
