did not make us feel under pressure to make quick decisions. We were doing a 1031 procedure which gets complicated and takes extra time and work. He worked efficiently through those details. He was able to quickly find a buyer without a lot of advertising and was organized in handling the paperwork. He accommodated the work with our schedules and we appreciated his flexibilty.
