I can't recommend Karen highly enough.
Karen was available at the drop of a hat. She was timely and responsive with every email and text, from early in the morning until late at night. We had immediate access to the properties we were interested in. We had full confidence in her expertise, ability to negotiate and advise.
My overall sales experience was excellent. I ma ... de a successful bid on only the SECOND property that I even looked at. The process couldn't have run any more smoothly. I appreciated Karen's calm assurances while negotiating with the seller as well as her knowledge of the market.
