Over many years and numerous moves I have had the need to retain a number of realtors - some good, some bad and some simply terrible. Without hesitation, I would rate Kate Vanderwielen as the BEST of the BEST. She became my broker of choice as a buyer and as a seller of properties.
Kate's performance throughout the buying/selling process has always been exceptional, including: photo ... graphy, staging, marketing, knowledge and strategy, consultation re: price. Her communication with clients, other realtors, lawyers, bankers etc. is unsurpassed.
Kate Vanderwielen is laser focused on her client's needs and desires. During my last sale she informed me of the date and time of every viewings (the house was vacant) and, more importantly provided valuable feedback regarding prospective buyer's comments. After consultation I always felt that adjusting price up or down was MY decision and in my best interests, supported fully by Kate.

Kate knew the market and was interested in finding me the right property to suit my needs.
