Kelly McGovern has been in the real estate profession for over 30+ years with her start in the mortgage industry.  With over 20+ years' experience in the mortgage business, it solidified her knowledge in the real estate finance and sales world which only benefits sellers and buyers throughout the entire transaction from initial offer to the closing table. 

As Kelly stated in a presentation recently: “I often tell my clients, the worst thing isn’t having your home close on time — the worst thing is thinking you're ready to close and then finding out a week from closing that it is not. That’s traumatic. A REALTOR who has the experience to understand what I call ‘issue avoidance’ — to know where the problems are going to pop up and how to either avoid them or make sure the consumer knows about them ahead of time — those are really the critical services that you’re hiring me to do on your behalf.”
