IN MY HISTORY I:
•	Grew up in and around the real estate business and am a second generation REALTOR®.
•	Am a U.S. Air Force Veteran.
•	Had my first post-military service job selling lumber in bulk to builders and contractors for one of the largest lumber companies in California.
•	Was a construction superintendent for a large California builder, helping to supervise construction of homes from Northridge to San Diego.
•	Spent twenty-five years in the mortgage industry as a loan officer, branch manager and division vice-president at various firms.
•	Am an Associate Broker with decades of experience in virtually all facets of the housing industry.
