ne had more than others, to the point I thought I was losing my dream home a few weeks in. But Leah and her team worked hard to fix the situation, and here I am now, a new home owner! Leah is very knowledgeable and also very understanding, so she was there both to walk me through the entire process, (as it had been quite some time since I did this), and also there to listen to my concerns, hold my hand, and talk me down when I was spiraling during the rough patches! When my wife and I decided we were ready to buy our first house, we knew exactly who we wanted to call. We had already spent hours searching through local realtor Instagrams to try and find a realtor who wanted everyone to know that they were LGBTQ friendly. Leah Tomac had multiple LGBTQ and pride posts and looked like she would be super fun to work with, and she WAS.
We loved loved l ... oved working with Leah. She always responded to our questions and showing requests super quickly. She worked so hard to help us figure out what type of home we were looking for, and she never skipped a beat when we asked her to changed our search criteria every week.
When we were ready to put an offer in on a house, she was out celebrating her friend’s bachelorette party, and despite us asking her to enjoy her night and submit the offer in the morning, she pulled comps and worked with us to submit the offer letter that night.
She also had great lender and attorney recommendations. We’ve only had key’s for a week, but Leah has been so kind to reach out and make sure that we’re settling in and enjoying our new home.
I would recommend Leah Tomac to everyone looking to purchase a house in the Chicago area.
