I chose Lisa Mills for her experience in Laguna Woods, but found that she had experience in my South Orange County area as well. I was happy to have her sell my home and help me with a Laguna Woods purchase. She made the sale and purchase easier than I had imagined it would be.
Lisa provided excellent service from start to finish. She provided very good advice on doing a home inspect ... ion before listing to address all repairs required. It made the sale process much easier. She attended the inspectors meeting to help me understand the repairs and what needed to be done to get the best price for my home. She was honest about the issues needing to be addressed in my house but did so in a way that I could hear and did not feel judged. Just practical information to ensure a good selling price. She also provided referrals or suggestions on how to get the work done.
Lisa was so easy to work with. She was always one step ahead of the questions I would ask about the listing, sale, escrow, and moving process. I appreciated her timely and detailed communication and education. She was also very supportive through the stressful process and decision making.
