My name is Madalyn Collins and a proud Realtor serving my hometown of Williamsport and surrounding areas, for over 8 years. My real estate portfolio is very versatile in providing services for sellers, buyers, commercial real estate, and investment.
As a buyer’s agent my expertise in real estate is bringing buyers to the table with great negotiation skills. My buying knowledge on transactions come from working with first time home buyers, Veterans, and USDA programs which makes up majority of my sales. I love to help buyers set the first block in their foundation of their exciting journey. Buying a home is not stressful when you have an effective team and leader every step of the way.
