Marcus presented a compelling agrument when he reached out to me via direct and personalized mailing. My house had sat for a while and he had a plan that other brokers didn't propose or were hesitant to propose.
Marcus went above and beyone I would say. He arranged contractors when I was absent. This to me was a huge deal as I am a non-resident owner of the property.
The ... communication was excellent. The document work was excellent. As I said above Marcus had an action plan and we worked thru it together. It was the best realtor client relationship I have had in real estate.

Marcus Butler was super professional and was the perfect realtor for this situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I had a tenant in my home who could be very difficult and Marcus was able to deal with her with patience and make her feel at ease so she would work with him. listing. He offered to help facilitate numerous things to get the house listed, and assisted my tenant in several ways that proved to be invaluable in this sale. His willingness to help in any way he could was a godsend. I didn't know Marcus before this, and had numerous realtors contacting me about listing with them. I basically had to go with a "feeling" in choosing my realtor and I couldn't be more pleased that I chose him. I would use him again in a heart beat and have already recommended him to others in the area.
