Maria did a fantastic job helping us close on our home that was across the country. She has also helped with utilities, internet and answering questions after the sale. She is very responsive, even after hours and weekends. I'm not one to give recommendations without at least one critique, but I can't think of one :) 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend Maria Kaftanovskaya. -Thomas S.

Maria Kaftanovskaya was AWESOME! She kept us up to date during the entire selling process. She made suggestions regarding pricing, repairs, and negotiations, and even helped us find contractors when we needed to repair and inspect certain aspects of the home. She worked hard marketing the home and it paid off.... SOLD! I will be contacting her in the future when additional Real Estate needs arise ...
