Marissa was amazing. She fought for us every step of the way. The sellers agent tried to rush us into closing before doing our due diligence but Marissa held strong and made sure that everything was done properly. The property needed repair that wasnt disclosed and Marissa went to war for us to make sure the seller fixed all of the issues before we got to closing.
Be careful, sellers ... always try to sneak things by, you need an agent that knows what to look for so you don't get scammed. We didnt have to deal with any of the bs from the seller. Marissa went in on our behalf and took care of everything. It was nice to get to the closing and have credits on the purchase in our favor.
If you want someone that will fight for you and doesnt let the seller's agent walk all over them you want Marissa is who you need.
