I don’t bombard clients with listings that don’t fit what they’re looking for either.  I keep a close watch on new listings and ones that come back on the market that are relevant for what my client is looking for in a home.  

My favorite part of my “job” is  watching someone walk into the “perfect” house and seeing that “this is the one moment.”
