Maryann obtained her Real State License in 1986 and first joined Century 21. She worked for Better Homes
and Gardens /Coldwell Banker in their Park Ave office from 1990 through 2006. She was a top producing
agent for more than 16 years before joining the RE/MAX family in 2006 Maryann brings more than 33 years
of experience and knowledge in sales and marketing. Hundreds of homes sold throughout Central Mass.
Maryann is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Massachusetts Board of
Realtors (MAR) and the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors (WRAR) She obtained her ABR and
SRES designations and has received the Diamond achievement award from Coldwell Banker. Maryann
prides herself on her ability to establish and maintain client relationships and credibility while providing a
creative service and marketing approach; with primary focus on servicing her customers housing needs.
