Mervin Calverley was recommended to us by a close friend over 11 years ago, and at that time he did an excellent job helping us buy our first home. Since then he helped that same friend relocate to a bigger house, so when we realized it was time for us to "upgrade", we knew we wanted to work with him again.
Mervin helped us navigate through some truly frustrating waters (we looked at ... over twenty houses and and offered on three) and ended up getting us into a house we genuinely love. He was on the ball with everything, and able to ask around for information that wasn't part of the official listing. Mervin handled things with grace and humor and just a generally good attitude, combined with fierce professionalism on our behalf. He is an excellent communicator, which is extremely important to us, and didn't hesitate to bring in help when warranted.
