As per Michael, he proactively informed me of where the New Orleans real estate market was and when discussing sales price offering, informed me of other properties in the neiborhood also up for sale that were very good comps to my property. As such, with his knowledge and recommendation, we priced my property wisely resulting in a quick sale. Had I stuck with my higher sales price inlight of th ...

After having a wonderful experience with Mike when buying our house at 2401 Soniat we knew we wanted to use him for selling the house.
We were in a unique, or ar least what we though was unique, situation where we were out of state during the selling process. Mike helped take care of everything, and worked with the buying agent for arranging inspections. Definitely will use Mike in th ... e future if we ever find our way back to Nola.
Mike has always had the answer we were looking for, or made and met, a commitment to get an answer he was unsure of.
