Miguel, was very knowledgeable during our requested viewings. The moment we walk up the driveway, he would right away explain his observations on specific structures. He is quite meticulous and very patient with our inquiries. As first-time buyers, these qualities of an agent is very crucial to us.

Saves your time by being straight-forward, but at the same time still being polite and professional. Assertive and determined, he got the purchase price down to 35k less!

Miguel was great to work with. He was very quick to get me viewings and answers, which was very helpful in the sellers market were in and everything was selling very quickly. I really appreciate all of Miguel's time he put in to show us homes, many homes, especially when we started to look outside of the city.

I had tried a couple different avenues for financing, when they didn't workout Miguel had a referral for me that worked out perfectly and I was approved for a mortgage. I am very grateful for everything Miguel has done for my family and I <3
