Natalie effectively used technology to facilitate the sale of the home including virtual tours (eg. used the services of seevirtual 360). She also used other platforms to carefully monitor rec ... ent sales in our area, to view new listings and to track pricing trends.
Natalie was very positive in all her dealings with myself and with other agents. She made every effort to accommodate our wishes regarding the timing of the listing, the schedule for visits/inspections and the finalizing of closing dates.
Ms Gauvreau also demonstrated that she had an excellent understanding of the market in terms of pricing and of promotional strategies. Further, she was outstanding in her ability to close the sale.

Natalie helped my father and I sell a family members home. Natalie was very efficient, well organized, thorough and always one step ahead. She made the process seamless. She kept us informed every step of the way. She executed the transaction with great professionalism and communication. The experience was excellent. During the sale process and subsequent purchase of my new home Natalie was with me 100% of the time making the whole process as stress free as possible. Another quality that I truly appreciated was that Natalie attended at my home whenever there was a showing, inspection and the like which made me feel very comfortable and secure.
