I previously worked with Natalie Albrecht, Century21 Scheetz, to sell my father's home. She worked really hard so I knew I wanted her to sell my home. Her professionalism and calm energy were exactly what I needed to go through another stressful home selling experience.
Natalie and her photographer really brought out the best of my home and she bagged me a buyer within 8 hours of list ... ing. I felt that Natalie really took care to protect my interests in this sale. She vetted the buyers' ability to secure the loan, had a backup in case the first buyers didn't follow through and kept me informed every step of the way. Natalie was always available and always showed grace in every interaction.
I loved working with Natalie Albrecht! She always made my partner and I feel comfortable and valued. This experience was really so easy for us. She is smart, witty and just incredibly personable. She quickly puts people at ease making this potentially stressful time really not that bad.

Natalie was great! I told her what I was looking for, price range, things I could do without and things I could not. Everything she added to our portal was right to my requests. When I had questions (as I did not know much as a first time homebuyer) she would give a detailed description of what terms meant, paperwork, and financing. I felt comfortable and respected. She would also provide advice, ...
other options and things I should look for. Her scheduling with the home showings that we went on worked good as well. She is and was only a phone call or text away.

I would definitely hire Natalie Albrecht again. She understood what we needed and got the house sold quickly. She was punctual with documents and was always on my same wavelength. Her personality was fun and she demonstrated empathy and humor throughout.
