Peter was fantastic. He really went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, even though ultimately it resulted in a smaller commission for him because we bought land instead of a house. We were looking for something very specific and he quickly honed in on what we wanted. He worked with us for about 6-8 months, we looked at many properties all over Virginia, and we went ...
through two failed bids. Once the inventory dried up in the pandemic, he helped us shift strategy to find a plot of land so we could build our desired house, and he found a great plot in an excellent location. He even went above and beyond to help us work through the various surveys and soil testing; he researched county ordinances to help us figure out if we would be allowed to build what we wanted. Overall, he is just a fantastic agent, a responsive communicator, a really nice person, and an effective negotiator. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
