If you want a realtor that is honest, attentive, dependable, and will show you that he has your best interest at heart... I highly recommend Rudy.
Selling my home remotely from another state, I was quite nervous that the realtor I picked would not work hard to sell my home if I was not there in person. I WAS WRONG...
Rudy was amazing! He advised me on every step that it w ... ould take to sell my home, which made me feel more comfortable. Rudy brought in experts to consult on repairs, who were all professional and reasonably priced. He always responded quickly and thoroughly to my emails, texts, phone calls, and provided me with updates throughout the whole process. He always made me feel like selling my home was his priority. I was blown away with all of the great feedback and offers that came in immediately after he listed my home. When it was time for me to choose an offer, Rudy guided me through the process and made suggestions on the best course of action. Rudy remained professional, trustworthy, open, and honest throughout the entire process, and for that, I am truly thankful.

I chose Rodolfo Montoya as my Agent/Broker because he answered the phone the first time I called him and answered my questions about to sell my home.
