We were referred to Rolf Selbeck by close family that previously had an excellent home buying experience with him. In addition, they have referred Rolf to several of their friends who he assisted to eventually purchase homes in their neighborhood. Rolf was a rockstar! He took time to go over the documents in detail and answered every question. He was able to speak about the pros and cons of each house and area we looked in. He gave me a handful of inspectors to consider, and we were more than pleased with the inspector we chose from that list.
I wouldn't hesitate for a second before calling Rolf for my next transaction. He was ... so friendly, reliable, and thorough. We began working together, put in 2 failed offers, and had an accepted offer all in 1 week, and closed in less than 1 month - much of this was due to Rolf's expertise and willingness to work absurd times!

Rolf is always great work with. We've had some difficult transactions at no fault to Rolf and he always comes through in the end. He is very patient, calm, and reassuring.
