Living all over the state gives me first hand experience with specific buyer needs that are unique to Alaskans. Real estate has always been a passion of mine even as a child. On a very frugal budget as a young girl I would find ways to redesign or decorate our modest home. My career as a young adult was in health care. This experience was invaluable to me as a care taker, an employee and customer service provider. After we had our two daughters I transitioned to the self employed world creating my own businesses which included a shirt business for charity and a real estate staging business. I have a background in design and interior selections and I enjoy looking at new trends and the market even in my spare time. This led to me a very seamless transition into real estate when my husband and I began purchasing our own investments. I have experience in building new construction with some of the challenges that brings as well as different costs that can affect buyers. I also love working numbers on investments and finding a great fit for your next purchase.
